Not all the ingredients that are usually cooked need to be cooked. Lentils for example can be soaked, sprouted and eaten draw. But be careful, some ingredients are poisonous if you eat in the raw, such as beans.

How I sprout buckwheat

1.The quick way:

  • Soak for 20 minutes.
  • Drain and rinse thoroughly.

2. An other option:

  • Soak for 20 minutes.
  • Drain and rinse thoroughly.
  • Let sprout in a sieve for another 12-16 hours rinsing every 6 hours.

How I sprout lentils:

  • Soak overnight in plenty of water
  • In the morning, rinse thoroughly.

2. An other option:

  • Soak overnight in plenty of water
  • In the morning, rinse thoroughly.
  • Let sprout in a sieve for another 4-12 hours rinsing every 4 hours.

How I sprout mung beans:

  • Soak overnight in plenty of water
  • In the morning, rinse thoroughly.
  • Let sprout in a sieve for another 24-48 hours rinsing every 4-8 hours.
