250 g (2 cups)
500 ml (2 cups)
water
Roll the oats using a flaker and soak them for at least 20 min, 45 minutes is the ideal soaking time.

Toppings

dehydrated bananas
½ cup
goji berries
½ cup
mulberries
¼ cup
nuts
