4 cups organic
sunflower seeds, soak for 1+ hours
1 cup organic
almonds, ground
1 cup
pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp organic
flax seeds, ground
1 organic
tomato
spice mix of your choice
5-10 raw, vegan
nori sheet for sushi
12 organic red or yellow
bell pepper
Blend all the ingredient but nori sheets in a blender or food processor. Cut the nori sheets in half. Place about 4 tbsp onto each nori half as if you would make tiny sushi for a doll house and roll the sushi. My rolls are around 1/2 inch thick. Dry the rolls in your dehydrator over night. They usually tanke 9 to 12h to dry completely at 105ºF.

Curry spice mix

turmeric powder
cumin powder
ginger powder
cinnamon, ground
chili powder
black pepper, freshly crackt

Mexican spice mix

smoked paprika or smoked salt
cilantro powder
cayenne pepper
white pepper, freshly ground
cumin
oregano

Italian spice mix

oregano
dried
parsley
dried
chives
dried
basil
rosemary
