Tabbouleh without cauliflower

Tabbouleh is a staple in our kitchen and one of my fav salads. Unfortunately, my husband doesn’t like cauliflower. Here is something we both more than enjoy.

Tabbouleh with root vegetables

      Food Processor, Knife    


1 large organic
parsley root, peeled and cut
1 large organic
parsnip , peeled
1/2 large organic
celery root, peeled
Shred everything in the food processor.

Other ingredients

1/2-1 bunch italian organic
parsley, finely chopped
3 ripe organic
tomatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 organic
onion, peeled and cubed


1 organic
lemon, juiced
2 tbsp raw organic
4-10 tbsp
Stir it up.
Combine everything and enjoy.
