I bought these old metal props at the flea market in Spain couple of years ago. I love using them as containers for food photography. Especially when photographing nuts. Old kitchen utensils made of tin or any material that catches rust is not easy to find. People repurpose metal baking molds as pots for plants. Being exposed to water constantly, the molds are rusting away and get discarded within a few years. That's why every time I find some slightly rusty metal molds or seaves, I'm really excited as I know I will be taking care of for years and enjoying they as a versatile food photography prop. I used them for this raspberry shoot here.Last Raspberries of the season
