If you are going to make nut milk using whole nuts you will need a nut milk bag.
freeze-dried berries
pistachios
coconut sugar
Kokoszucker
cacao butter
agave
Agave is neutral in taste and very sweet. It’s the most used sweetener in the raw food kitchen. It’s for the usually not raw, some brands sell raw agave tough. It’s not a health promoting product tho and I try to use it in moderation. More like once a month, definitely not on a daily basis.

Worcestershire sauce
I love Worcestershire Sauce on salads and in all the “meaty” recipes like burgers, spreads, pasta. As the original recipe is not vegan, look out for the vegan options. I prefer, as with everything, organic products, here are some great brands:

flax seeds
Flax seeds could kill you!
Flax seeds are healthy when enjoyed in moderation. 1-2 tbsp a day is considered safe. Flax seeds, especially raw ones, contain substances (e.g. cyanide and cadmium) that could lead to poisoning, in the worst case to death, although according to my research, no cases of fatal poisoning are known. But an average person usually does not eat as many raw flax seeds as one might consume on the raw diet when making breads and crackers using flax seeds. Please be mindful and do your research before consuming any amount of flax seeds.
