Carbs
I do not have to worry about not getting enough carbohydrates, I eat lots of fruits every day.
Proteins
Proteins are found in many plant foods, even in bananas in a small amount. I like to eat kale and hemp seed, both rich in protein. Sprouted legumes are rich in protein as well.
Fats
Avocados, nuts, and coconuts provide the fats in my diet. Also, flax, hemp, and chia seeds are my omega-3 sources. I deliberately avoid oils. Not saying I wouldn’t eat a raw vegan cake made with coconut oil once in a while, but I prefer having whole foods as my fat sources such as nuts, nut butter, avocado, and olives.
