Dehydrator

Do you need a dehydrator on a raw food diet? The answer is not so easy. Although I have lived without one for many years, a dehydrator can add more variety to the diet, especially when you live in a place with a limited availability of fruits and veggies. With a dehydrator, you can make amazing healthy snacks just out of bananas or other fruits.

It’s so easy to make crackers and breads from very simple ingredients and your own crackers will be way cheaper and better than store-bought raw crackers. It’s impossible to find oil and salt-free/low sodium raw crackers, you have to make those yourself.

Healthy Snacks

Kale chips, teriyaki almonds, power wraps, you can even make snacks that are super hard if not impossible to find anywhere.

Which one to get?

I stick to the established more expensive dehydrator brands with stainless steel sheets.
