Food Processor
I don’t use my food processor too often, but it is crucial for some of the recipes I really like. Veggie rice and cake bases are unthinkable without a food processor.
Small food processor
A small food processor saves space, is cheap, and seems like a good choice for the raw food kitchen? Yes and no. For making spreads and jams, a small food processor is great. But it’s way too small for more serious jobs like shredding kale, celery, carrots, and broccoli. I sometimes would shred veggies in small batches, refilling the small processor up to 10 times, which is time-consuming and annoying.
Regular size food processor
It’s amazing for large quantities of anything you want to shred. I prefer the food processors with an additional grater and slicer disc. I can grate carrots, make thinly sliced cucumbers, radishes, and tomatoes.
