Try different blenders

For a long time, I only had the cheapest blender. But while traveling and staying at different airbnbs, I got to try different high-speed blenders.

Cheap Blender

Cheap blenders are generally not great for raw food. You can make almost all of the recipes, but the result will not be great. Smoothies and soups don’t turn out really smooth. It’s also hard to make raw ice cream in a cheap blender. For grinding flax seeds for breads and crackers, I used a coffee grinder before getting a better blender.

High speed blender

When I started using a high-speed blender, I could tell the difference immediately. My cakes, smoothies, and sauces turned out super creamy. Just like at a raw vegan restaurant.
