Knife
If you are planning on making amazing salads regularly while having fun while prepping them, you will need a sharp knife.
Smooth blade
A Knife with a smooth blade is perfect for peeling and cutting most of the veggies and fruits. I also use it to cut herbs and greens. I try to cut everything on a wooden board to keep the knife sharp. However, I still have to sharpen my knife regularly. Dull knives are very frustrating.
Serrated blade
A small knife with a serrated blade is ideal for cutting tomatoes and other soft fruits and veggies. It stays longer sharp than a smooth knife and is ideal for traveling. I never have to worry about having to sharpen my knife.
