Mangos by the case
Back in Costa Rica, the mango season was very short. Therefore we could eat lots of mangos, but in a very short period. I ate most of the mangos as a mono-meal.
Mangos are messy. Especially the super ripe mangos are hard to eat. I find it the easiest not to peel the mango, but to cut 2 halves of the stone.
Freezing
I cut the mango meat into large cubes and freeze them.
Smoothies
I use fresh or frozen mangos for my smoothies. Ripe frozen mangos taste amazing blended up with just water.
Drying
I cut the mango meat into strips and dehydrate it until fully dried.
