What I do with a whole box of tomatoes

I eat lots of tomatoes in salads, soups, and use them in many hearty dishes.

Dried tomatoes

Drying tomatoes is a wonderful way to use up many ripe tomatoes at once. I also need dried tomatoes for many dishes.

Ketchup

To make ketchup, I need lots of fresh and dried tomatoes.

When I’m making tomato soup, I can use up many tomatoes, fresh or dehydrated.

Wraps

If I have some leftover ketchup, I make wraps. I have a very tasty wrap recipe in the recipe section.
