Veggies
I always have cucumbers, tomatoes, and carrots on hand. Not always, but often, I’ll have celery, broccoli, peppers, and beetroots. When in season, I’ll always make sure to stock up on sweet corn and fresh green peas.
Greens
I eat kale or lettuce almost every day for dinner. I also love having romaine hearts or iceberg lettuce in my fridge, those store much better than the leafy lettuce.
Spices
I have lots of spices, but use them sparingly.
Water
I always make sure to have enough water.
