You can find all sorts of fresh seaweed at an organic supermarket in France and at some specialty stores in other parts of the world. I like adding fresh seaweed to my salad bowls, preferably wakame or sea spaghetti.
dried algae
Algae flakes such as wakame make amazing salad toppings.
Powders
Algae powders such as spirulina or chlorella add a nice color to smoothies, blue algae to ice creams and cakes.
Nori
Nori is great for sushi. As I don’t make sushi very often, I am always looking forward to having some at a raw vegan restaurant.
