Microgreens are widely available in health food stores, but are pretty pricey.

Growing
I rarely grow microgreens, even though it is relatively simple. You will need a flat container with holes in the bottom. You can reuse a plastic berry or fruit container. You will also need organic soil. I simply reuse the soil from the potted herbs after I cut them down. Spread a thin layer of soil into the container and scatter the seeds evenly. Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil. Spray the soil with water. Spray the soil with water daily, so it never dries out. Some microgreens need to sprout in darkness, others can use some sunlight straight away.
