Sprouts

Even though I can get sprouts at most health food stores. I consume sprouts in large quantities, so it usually makes sense for me to grow sprouts myself. If I just need a handful of sprouts to top off a salad, I would pick up 2-3 packs of different sprouts at the store and be good to go for a week, keeping an eye on the expiration date.

mung beans, arugula, onion, garlic, buckwheat, radishes
