Veggies
I can’t recall having had veggies on a regular basis before going raw. Now I eat veggies every single day.
Basics
Carrots are my favorite vegetable, followed by cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, bell peppers, and celery. I was able to get these veggies everywhere I went the past couple of years. Organic farmers’ markets have them when in season and organic supermarkets offer them year-round.
Seasonal
Radishes, peas, corn, and pumpkin: I only enjoy eating these when in season.
Must try
Jícama, yellow beetroot, and okra.
