Wholesale terminal

There are wholesale terminals in many big cities in the US. They cater to smaller grocery stores and restaurants. Even if you don’t own a restaurant, you can shop here. At a regular wholesale terminal, most of the produce is not organic but they might carry some organic fruits and veggies. I almost never shop there because of the very inconvenient operating hours, usually very early in the morning.

Organic wholesale market

Organic wholesale markets are different. They have a great selection of organic produce, the prices are great, and the operation hours are much better. You almost always have to get the produce by the case and sometimes have to pre-order in advance by phone. At least an hour before picking it up. Call in to find out the details. If I have an organic wholesale market nearby, I will always get the majority of my produce there once a week.
