Pizza

You can make a raw pizza. I have a nut-free pizza crust recipe here in the book in the recipe section. When it comes to the pizza sauces and toppings, there are plenty of options.

Noodles

We make veggies noodles in our raw food kitchen instead of regular noodles. I share different ways and show the tools for making veggie noodles in this book. Veggie noodles don’t only look just like regular noodles, the mouthfeel is also pretty similar. Veggie noodles provide hardly any calories. But the noodle sauce we eat them with can be pretty rich. I consider veggie noodles a salad rather than a source of carbs.

Bread

Of course, there is raw bread. In the beginning, I bought raw food crackers at an organic supermarket and ordered raw bread online. Unfortunately, both contain lots of oil. That’s why I’ve got a dehydrator and make oil-free bread and crackers myself. You will find my bread recipes in the recipe section of this book.
