Favorite dishes

I had a couple of favorite foods, simple dishes like soups, pizza, and pasta. Most of those dishes I had at a raw restaurant in a raw vegan version or tried making it myself. Some of the dishes I used to love I don’t miss at all anymore.

Cooked food

The texture of the cooked food is quite different from that of the raw food. However with the right technique, it’s easy to emulate the texture to some degree. Foods like crackers, ice cream, and cake have the same texture in the raw and cooked versions.

Warm food

I’ve never missed warm food and never wanted to warm up my raw dishes. Cold pizza, bread, and pasta taste very good to me.


There are so many new dishes to try on the raw food diet, not to mention all the new fruits I haven’t heard of before. I never feel like I’m missing out.
