Dinner

I love having salads for dinner and always try to make time to prep them. Should I be too busy, I always can have some fruits or a kale smoothie. But usually, I have a salad with lots of veggies, greens, and avocado.

Almost every day

salads, veggies, fruits like bananas, persimmons, mangos

Sometimes

veggie noodles, raw bread, spreads, jam, melon, raw vegan cheese, grapes, pudding, smoothies, banana ice cream

Almost never

raw cake, cashew ice cream, berries, raw snacks, raw snacks made with oil, chocolate
