Lunch

My lunch is pretty much a resumption of my breakfast. I often have the same fruit I had for breakfast. Around noon, I have as little time as in the morning and luckily, prepping raw food is not time-consuming at all. I usually don’t have to do much more than rinsing the fruits.

Almost every day

fruits like bananas, oranges, papaya, persimmons, grapes, tangerines, mangos, watermelon, berries like blueberries and strawberries

Sometimes

salads, raw bread, smoothie, chia bowl or pudding, fruit ice cream, banana ice cream

Almost never

lunch at a restaurant or take out, cashew ice cream, raw cake
