Breakfast

Breakfast is the foundation of my day, it gives me the energy that keeps me going until noon.
My breakfast favorites are ripe, local fruits that vary greatly depending on the season and where I live. During the winter in colder climates, I usually have raw oatmeal with fruit.

Almost always

fruits like bananas, persimmons, clementines, mangos, watermelon, grapes, berries like blueberries or strawberries

Sometimes

oatmeal, smoothie, chia bowl, pudding, fruit ice cream, banana ice cream

Almost never

breakfast at a restaurant, raw cake, raw bread, fruit salad, raw pancakes
