Drinking
Water
I drink spring water. How much, depends on what I eat that day and how hot it is. I find it very important to drink water from glass bottles and not to buy plastic bottles. When traveling to the tropics, it is usually impossible to find glass bottles. There, I stick to coconut water.
Fruits
Juicy fruits and vegetables are very hydrating. When I eat lots of oranges, grapes, tomatoes or cucumbers I automatically drink less.
Dehydrated and salty foods
When I eat a lot of snacks, crackers, or salty foods, I have to drink more water. I usually try to hydrate before eating those foods. For example, when I plan to eat at a raw food restaurant.
