Meal Plans

I don’t eat the way my instagram profile @fruitadmin could imply. Why? I don’t post every banana I eat while working on my computer. But I post most of the beautiful dishes I eat at a raw food restaurant, which doesn’t happen often in real life. Same with the recipes in the second part of this book, these are not what I would eat every single day. The recipes are super delicious and bring variety into my diet, but I simply don’t always have the time to prep recipes.

Breakfast

Fruits and fruits.
I usually eat 2 mono meals consisting of one kind of fruit each.

Lunch

Again, some fruits and a snack.
The snack is usually nuts or a raw nut-fruit bar.

Dinner

Raw avocado toast.
A little later a salad with a nut butter or avocado dressing.
Later some more fruits.
