The basics

Fruits

I eat fresh, ripe, local, seasonal, organic fruits every day. They are the biggest part of my diet. I eat most of them as a mono meal, I would eat a couple of bananas, later some other fruit, I don’t mix different fruits usually.

Veggies and greens

Veggies and greens are also a very important part of my diet. I eat one meal consisting of veggies and greens every day, usually in a salad for dinner.

Nuts, seeds, legumes

I love nuts and eat at least some every day. I also enjoy nut butter in salad dressings or in smoothies. I eat seeds like flax in crackers, oats in muesli, and sprouts in a salad a couple times a week. Nuts are also a perfect snack for me.
