Vegan to raw
Even before I went vegan, I tried lots of raw snacks, chocolates, and superfoods unintentionally. I even had a raw cake at our local vegan store once and it turned out to be the best cake I’ve had up until that point. After having the raw cake, I had no doubt there were many amazing raw food dishes to discover.

I found so much great info on youtube and in books.
I found the simple raw vegan recipes to be the most helpful. Videos exposing animal cruelty, helped me to switch to cruelty-free products in all areas of my life pretty quickly.
6 days a week
In the beginning, I decided to eat all raw 6 days a week and to have some cooked vegan food on Sundays. The first couple of months into my raw food experiment I went without eating cooked food, not even on Sundays.
