Simple Tabbouleh Recipe

Super Simple Taboule Salad

Very easy delicious raw vegan taboule.
      Knife, Food Processor    

For the Taboule

1 small head
cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1 cup
parsley
2 medium ripe, organic
tomatoes
to taste raw, coconut
vinegar
Place cauliflower pieces in a food processor and process (pulse) until the cauliflower is small and has the texture of rice. Add tomatoes, parsley, and vinegar and process for 3-5 seconds.

black pepper, freshly grounded

onions, minced
fresh, organic
garlic
fresh, organic
radishes, cut into quarter moons
fresh, organic
celery, cubed or shredded
fresh, organic
cucumbers, cubed
fresh or dehydrated
red bell pepper, chopped
fresh, organic
arugula, chopped
fresh, organic
pomegranate kernels
home made
celery salt
home made, salt-free
pickled tomatoes
home made, salt-free
sauerkraut

More couscous substitutes
