2 organic
portobello mushrooms, stems removed
1 ripe, organic
tomato
1 white organic
onion
1 large, organic
carrot
1/2 organic
lemon, juiced
2 organic
lettuce leaves
to taste
spices
1 tbsp raw, organic
macadamia butter
1 oz raw, organic
sunflower seeds
1glove organic
garlic
Add sunflower seeds, garlic, spices to a food processor and process till combined but still a little chunky. Form a burger patty using your hands. Add Drizzle the portobello with lemon juice. Top with lettuce, a slice of onion and tomato. Place the burger patty on to, add some macadamia butter, finish of with the second portobello.
Good spices are oregano, pepper, dried garlic, dried onion, and smoked paprika.
