Wie viele N\u00fcsse sind in einer Handvoll drin? Und wieviele N\u00fcsse am ich am Tag essen, wenn ich nur N\u00fcsse essen w\u00fcrde?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine Handvoll N\u00fcsse wird oft als eine Nussportion vorgeschlagen. Daher wollte ich wissen, wie viele N\u00fcsse in einer Handvoll sind? Und wie viele Kalorien sind in einer Handvoll N\u00fcsse versteckt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Generell finde ich es gut, die eigene Hand als Portionsgr\u00f6\u00dfe zu verwenden. Denn je gr\u00f6\u00dfer man ist, desto h\u00f6her der Energiebedarf. Und je gr\u00f6\u00dfer wir sind, desto gr\u00f6\u00dfer auch die Hand und somit auch die Portion. In Theorie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als Handvoll N\u00fcsse gilt in den USA in der Regel eine Unze (0z). In einer Unze sind um die 30 g N\u00fcsse (ca. 28-29 g) drin. Unzen sind ein Volumenma\u00df. Da in Deutschland niemand mit Unzen rechnet und auch ein Volumenma\u00df nicht sehr genau ist, habe ich die Angaben f\u00fcr 30 g N\u00fcsse dargestellt. Hier halten mein Mann und ich die gleiche Menge N\u00fcsse in der Hand. Ist es eine Handvoll N\u00fcsse? Eine halbe Handvoll? Weniger? Mehr? Ich k\u00f6nnte auch versuchen 882 Erdn\u00fcsse zu essen. 228 Mandeln w\u00e4ren n\u00f6tig, um meinen Kalorienbedarf f\u00fcr einen Tag zu decken. Bei Haseln\u00fcssen, m\u00fcsste ich ganze 245 N\u00fcsse schaffen, dabei mag ich Haseln\u00fcsse nicht so gern. Walnussh\u00e4lften sind es 191 f\u00fcr einen Tag, was um die 95 ganze Waln\u00fcsse sind. Paran\u00fcsse f\u00fcr 2000 kcal m\u00fcssten 72 gegessen werden. 145 halbe Pekann\u00fcsse und 73 ganze haben 200 kcal. 111 Macadamia N\u00fcsse w\u00fcrden den Energiebedarf f\u00fcr den Tag decken. Erstens schwant der Kaloriengehalt. Zweitens wird vermutet, dass die Kalorien von den N\u00fcssen <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/30422677\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">nicht zu 100% absorbiert werden<\/a>. Daher schwankt die Menge der Kalorien in N\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-beispiel-waln-sse\">Beispiel Waln\u00fcsse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe bei <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=walnuts+calories&amp;oq=walnuts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Google nach Kalorien in Waln\u00fcssen<\/a> gesucht.<br>Das erste Ergebnis war die englische Wiki-Seite mit dem Verweis zu <a href=\"https:\/\/fdc.nal.usda.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">USDA Food Search Database<\/a><br>Der Direktlink zu Waln\u00fcssen war <a href=\"https:\/\/fdc.nal.usda.gov\/fdc-app.html#\/?query=ndbNumber:12155\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">dieser<\/a>. Das Ergebnis war 654 kcal\/100g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe daraufhin direkt bei der <a href=\"https:\/\/fdc.nal.usda.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">USDA Food Search Database<\/a> gesucht und es gab <a href=\"https:\/\/fdc.nal.usda.gov\/fdc-app.html#\/?query=walnut%20raw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">201 Ergebnisse f\u00fcr die Suche nach &#8222;raw walnuts&#8220;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich habe mit dann 10 Ergebnisse genauer angeschaut und die Kalorienangaben schwanken deutlich. Der Durchschnittswert f\u00fcr Kalorien in 100 g Waln\u00fcsse lag bei diesen 10 Werten bei 669 kcal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td><a
