Im Bioversand in Berlin habe ich es auch im April immer bekommen. Ansonsten sammeln viele den B\u00e4rlauch kostenlos in den W\u00e4ldern (zumindest in S\u00fcddeutschland) und im eigenen Garten. Es gibt ein paar eindeutige Unterschiede, aber leider sehen sich die Pflanzen sehr sehr \u00e4hnlich. Noch genauer we Schnittknoblauch, das Gr\u00fcn von Knoblauch. Die Bl\u00e4tter sind sehr zahrt, \u00e4hnlich wie Rucola oder Spinat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-werde-ich-mundgeruch-von-b-rlauch-bekommen\">Werde ich Mundgeruch von B\u00e4rlauch bekommen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja. Genau wie von Knoblauch. B\u00e4rlauch ist leider kein geruchsfreier Knoblauch. Ich schneide den B\u00e4rlauch an, stelle ihn in ein hohes Glas. Das Glas sollte mit etwas Wasser gef\u00fcllt werden. Stiele, aber keine Bl\u00e4tter, sollen alle im Wasser stehen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Glas mit einem Deckel abdecken und in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen. Ich nehmen dazu hohe gro\u00dfe oder kleine <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3my2oxP\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Weck-Gl\u00e4ser<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-b-rlauch-trocknen\">B\u00e4rlauch Trocknen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e4rlauch gibt es getrocknet zu kaufen. Aber wenn ich zu viel frischer B\u00e4rlauch habe, trockne ich es gern. Denn B\u00e4rlauch ist ein super Gew\u00fcrz f\u00fcr herzhafte Gerichte, Pestos, Saucen, veganem Fleischersatz. Die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit des B\u00e4rlauchs im Fr\u00fchjahr ist sehr sehr kurz und durch das Trocknen k\u00f6nnen wir den Genuss um viele Monate verl\u00e4ngern. Eine besonders schmackhafte Variante ist die Herstellung eines w\u00fcrzigen B\u00e4rlauchpestos!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-b-rlauch-einfrieren\">B\u00e4rlauch Einfrieren<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00e4rlauch l\u00e4sst sich super einfrieren.
