Wie eine Banane mit Eis gemischt, oder ein sehr fester Pudding. Sehr weich. Wenn diese nur leicht weich, gummiarti ist, wird diese wie Gummi mit Tannenbaumgeschmack sein. Das m\u00f6chte ich nie wieder in den Mund nehmen m\u00fcssen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Cherimoya muss sehr weich sein. Weicher als eine reife Avocado. Wie der &#8222;K\u00e4se&#8220; im K\u00e4sekuchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn die Cherimoya gammelig von au\u00dfen ist oder das Fruchtfleisch dunkel aussieht, ist es leider auch schon zu sp\u00e4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Am Strunk sehe ich immer ganz gut wann der letzte Augenblick zum Cherimoyaessen ist. Den Strunk entferne ich, dieser schmeckt leicht bitter. Die Cherimoya kann ich jetzt ganz einfach ausl\u00f6ffeln. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Haut ist essbar, mir schmeckt diese nicht. Die Kerne sind ungenie\u00dfbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Herkunft der Cherimoya<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die aus den Bergen S\u00fcdamerika stammende Frucht wird mittlerweile auch in Europa angebaut. Die Bio-Cherimoya kommen meist aus Spanien. Spanien ist der Hauptproduzent der Cherimoyas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cherimoyas gedeihen weltweit in den Subtropen. Auch aus Israel, Chile, Brasilien, Neuseeland, Mexiko und Kalifornien werden Cherimoyas nach Deutschland importiert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Wie w\u00e4chst die Cherimoya<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cherimoya w\u00e4chst an strauch\u00e4hnlichen B\u00e4umen. Ab September gibt es die ersten teuren Fr\u00fcchte zu kaufen, der Preis sinkt dann im Verlaufe des Winters. Bis M\u00e4rz haben wir Cherimoyas in der Regel bis mindestens Anfang M\u00e4rz kaufen k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
