Also nicht fettig. Ich w\u00fcrde es mit einer weichen Gurke oder Erdbeere vergleichen. Also die Konsistenz, nicht den Geschmack. Die Noni muss reif und weich sein, sonst hat diese gar keinen Geschmack. Besonders beliebt ist der Nonisaft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Costa Rica haben wir vor allem Gesehen, dass die Fr\u00fcchte \u00fcber mehrere Wochen in einem Glas gelassen werden. Dann tritt der Saft aus und der starke K\u00e4sige Geschmack entfaltet sich. Der Saft kann getrunken werden. Auch ist der Saft gut f\u00fcr Rezepte. Ich \u00fcbernehme hier keine Verantwortung f\u00fcr dieses Vorgehen! Vielen schmeckt die Noni absolut gar nicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-bio-noni-saft\">Bio Noni Saft<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In Deutschland kommen wir am einfachsten an den Bio-Noni-Saft. Es w\u00e4chst in tropischen und Subtropischen Gegenden besonders gut. So hoch, dann wir nicht mehr an die Fr\u00fcchte rankommen und diese erst heruntergefallen einsammeln k\u00f6nnen. Das ist gar nicht so schlecht. Denn die Noni-Fr\u00fcchte fallen zu genau dem richtigen Zeitpunkt runter. Weich, aber nicht zu weich. Aber wir m\u00fcssen schnell sein. K\u00e4fer, W\u00fcrmer und V\u00f6gel greifen auch gleich zu.
