Im Sieb abtropfen und kalt werden, lassen. In der K\u00fcchenmaschine p\u00fcrieren. Die restlichen Zutaten dazugeben und in der K\u00fcchenmaschine weiter verarbeiten bis einheitlich.<\/div><\/div><\/div><br>Baba Ganoush ganz ohne \u00d6l und viel g\u00fcnstiger als aus dem Bioladen. Die Auberginen werden nicht gebacken oder gebraten, was der Acrylamidbildung vorbeugen soll.<br><br>Ich habe diesen Auberginenaufstrich zum ersten Mal in Paris probiert. Ich war zum ersten Mal da und es war meine erste Reise seit ich vollst\u00e4ndig auf Bio umgestiegen war. Ich konnte es kaum erwarten in einen Pariser Bioladen zu gehen und neue Dinge zu entdecken. Damals war die Auswahl in Berlin an Biofertigprodukten viel kleiner als jetzt, kaum vorzustellen. Der Bioladen in der N\u00e4he des Hotels wo wir wohnten war echt klein und hatte fast ausschlie\u00dflich Frischware. Von den wenigen besonderen Produkten sind mir der Auberginenaufstrich und die Cr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9e in Geschmacksrichtungen Karamell und schoko in Erinnerung geblieben. Die Cr\u00e8me Br\u00fbl\u00e9e mache ich in der Rohkostversion ab und an, aber ich finde das Rezept etwas zu aufw\u00e4ndig um es weiterzuempfehlen. Der Auberginenaufstrich k\u00f6nnte hingegen nicht einfacher sein. Es ist ein Kochrezept, das ich vor der Rohkost sehr gern f\u00fcr uns gemacht habe und jetzt sehr oft mitbringe, wenn ich Freunde und Familie besuche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auberginen sind in Rohkostk\u00fcche keine gern gesehen G\u00e4ste, die schmecken roh einfach nicht. Ich habe einige Gerichte in Rohkostrestaurants probiert, die waren nicht schlecht. Die Art und Weise wie Auberginen verarbeitet werden m\u00fcssen und das oft viel \u00d6l verwendet werden muss verleiten mich nicht gerade diese selbst zuzubereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Hol dir meine
