Da wir auf dem Dorf gelebt haben, hatte ich nur Zugang zu wenigen Lebensmitteln, die ich beim Bio-Gro\u00dfhandel kaufen konnte. Ich habe vorher recherchiert, welche Zutaten der Hund sicher essen kann. Sie hat alle Kekse verdr\u00fcckt, so wie diese waren. Ich hab mir umsonst den Kopf gemacht. Es w\u00e4re im Nachhinein auch ganz gut gewesen die Karotten in der K\u00fcchenmaschine fein zu reiben. Danach erst die Karotten. Wenn ich mit dem trockenen Zutaten anfangen, bleibt nicht alles kleben. Die feuchte Teigkonsistenz war wahrscheinlich auch daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, dass die Kekse nicht auseinandergefallen sind und ziemlich gut zusammenkleben. Karotte wirkt wie ein Ei und lebt den ganzen Tag ziemlich gut zusammen. Karotten sind ein guter Eiersatz beim backen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Kekse sind auch nicht am Blech kleben geblieben, das finde ich an diesem Rezept gut. Nicht unbedingt lecker, da nicht s\u00fc\u00df, aber wie eine Mischung aus Karottenbr\u00f6tchen und Haferkeksen.
