Einige Lebensmittel sind mehr kariogen (Karies in Z\u00e4hnen verursachend) als andere. Klebrige Lebensmittel sind so weit ich wei\u00df besonders kariogen. Dazu z\u00e4hlen Produkte auf meinem Speiseplan wie Agave, Ahornsirup, Dattel.
