Asian no fat noodles with 4 sauces


Veggie noodles are the best.
Today, we ar in the mood for fat free sauces. I was shopping a my local all organic grocery store and found everything I need to make these noodles in minutes.

Fat free, filling noodles with sauces

Noodles

2 small organic
daikon redishes, peeled
1large organic
kohlrabi, peeled
2 organic
European cucumbers
With a julienne peeler, peel the veggies into noodles. For daikon and kohlrabi, you can use a spiralizer as well.

Green sauce

1 cup organic
celery
1/4 cup leftover organic
cucumber
1/4 cup fresh, organic
chieves
Blend all the ingredients till combined, don't overprocess to keep a little crunch and structure.

Red sauce

2 ripe, organic
tomatoes
1/2 cup organic
celery
to taste fresh, organic
thai basil
Blend all the ingredients till combined, don't overprocess to keep a little crunch and structure.

Orange Sauce

2 ripe, organic
peaches
2 ripe, organic
tomatoes
leftover organic
daikon reddish
to taste dried
ginger powder
to taste dried
turmeric powder
Blend all the ingredients till combined, don't overprocess to keep a little crunch and structure.

White sauce

1/2 cup organic
cucumber
2 organic
peaches
1 cup organic
cellery
Blend all the ingredients till combined, don't overprocess to keep a little crunch and structure.
